Continuing Care

Our continuing care program shall be available and recommended to patient of The Center. The extent these functions are utilized by former patients is dependent upon the motivation of the patient. After care planning will consistently include the segment of The Center's service.

Our continuing care program for family members shall be provided when there is a reasonable amount of participation from the patient's family members. In the absence of such a need, The Center shall inform and refer family members to the appropriate support group in the community.

Other services required by patients and families after completion of treatment will be available on an individual basis. These services include, but are not limited to, individual counseling, family counseling, and medication management by The Center's physician.
